Safety & Temperament
We groom only friendly, non-aggressive dogs.
If your dog is clearly friendly toward people and reasonably cooperative you can skip right to the button at the bottom of the page. Not sure? Keep reading.
Dogs that wiggle a little are all in a days work, but a dog that is excessively uncooperative to the point it can’t be groomed safely needs some training before it will be eligible to schedule with us.
We have zero tolerance for dogs displaying aggressive behavior toward the groomer.
Snapping, biting, or attempting to bite will result in the appointment ending immediately.
Excessive resistance that prevents safe, efficient grooming may also result in service being declined.
We do not use muzzles. If a dog requires a muzzle for grooming, we are not the right fit.
We are not willing to risk a dog bite injury that puts a dog groomer out of work.
If you have concerns about your dog’s behavior, disclose them before booking so we can determine whether we are a good fit.
Florida law holds dog owners responsible for bites, so we require dogs to be safe and non-aggressive.
