Only friendly dogs allowed *

We prioritize everyone's safety, so aggressive dogs aren't eligible for our services. If your dog bites, tries to bite, or even threatens biting behavior, we won't be able to provide grooming. We also don't use muzzles, so dogs needing one aren't a good fit for us.

A little wiggle is totally cool. But if your pup starts throwing elbows and doing backflips, spa day turns into fight night. Grooming should be a blast for your dog and the groomer. For your dog's safety and well-being, it's important they're comfortable and cooperative during grooming. If that's not your dog yet, some extra training could get them eligible for their spot at our spa.

Paved Roads Only *

Smooth Rides Only! We only drive on paved roads. It's not about whether we can make it or not. We simply do not take our vehicle down unpaved roads because it bounces our tools around and covers our equipment in dust. If your location cannot be reached using a paved roads, we will not be able to schedule an appointment. (Unpaved driveways are totally fine!)

No Apartment Complexes, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living *

We do not serve apartments, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or any location that cannot provide parking space for both our tow vehicle and trailer. We need the length of two standard vehicles, either two spots front to back or five spots side by side. This helps us operate safely and efficiently while giving your dog the best possible grooming experience.

📍 Fernandina Beach — Zip Code 32034 Fernandina is a tighter zone with a simple rule.  We do serve homes south of Sadler Road and east of Amelia Parkway. 📍 Ocala — Zip Codes Listed Above Ocala covers a wider area, but there are some clear do not go zones. We DO NOT serve homes: North of Highway 326 South of SE 95th Street or south of the Florida Greenway East of Baseline Road West of 110th Avenue
