Alright folks, here's the deal with the minimum appointment charge. It's $100. If you have multiple dogs this won't affect you, you're good to go. But, if you have one dog and the grooming is less than $100, we're gonna round it up to $100 to hit the minimum appointment charge. Yes?

Only friendly dogs allowed *

No aggressive dogs, okay? If your dog bites or threatens to bite, they're not eligible for our service. That means no nipping, mouthing, or any teeth-on-skin stuff. And, we don't use muzzles, so if your dog needs one, it's not gonna work.

My dog has never shown aggression toward humans, wouldn't even know how to bite someone

Well-behaved dogs only *

It's normal for dogs to wiggle and jiggle a bit during grooming, but we want it to be a good time for both the dog and the groomer. If your dog's too uncooperative, it's not gonna be a good time for either of them. Maybe some extra training would help them become eligible.

Also, here's the deal with our location services: we only drive on paved roads. So if your appointment location isn't accessible by a paved road, we won't be able to make it (unpaved driveways are fine).
